The information that we request will be retained on your device and may be accessed by our app when you choose to use certain features that require Google user data.

Please note that our app accesses, uses, and stores your Google user data only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not share your Google user data with any third parties except as required for the operation of the Service.

Health and Fitness Data

Outmuscle Me is a fitness tracking service. With your explicit permission, we access, collect, and store health and fitness data in order to provide the Service. This data may include:

• Exercise and workout sessions (activity type, amount, duration, date and time)
• steps and distance
• heart rate (average and maximum during an activity)
• calories burned
• elevation gain and loss

We collect this data when you log activities manually in the app, or when you choose to connect one of the supported integrations: Apple HealthKit, Health Connect (Android), Garmin, Fitbit, or Wahoo. We only access this data after you grant the relevant permissions on your device or authorize the integration, and we only read the data types listed above.

We use your health and fitness data to automatically log your activities, build statistics about your fitness progress, and calculate your scores in challenges. If you join a challenge or follow other users, summaries of your activities (such as the exercise, amount, and score) are visible to those users. We do not sell your health and fitness data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with any third parties except as required for the operation of the Service.

You can stop the collection of this data at any time by disconnecting an integration from the Settings screen, or by revoking the app's access in Apple Health or Health Connect on your device. You can delete individual activities in the app, and you can request deletion of all your health and fitness data by contacting us at [email protected], which we will execute immediately.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. We provide a way for you to request deletion of this data, which we will execute immediately. Please note that this action is irreversible.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, including your Google user data. Thus, we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
