Outmuscle Me is operated by ZELENITE SHISHARKI LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria under number 207419191. You can reach us at [email protected].
By creating an account or using Outmuscle Me you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
Outmuscle Me records your training, builds statistics from it, runs challenges between users, and lets a coach write training programs for a roster of clients. Using it is free. Coaching a roster is a paid subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Outmuscle Me. If you are under 14, Bulgarian law requires a parent or guardian to consent to us handling your personal data, and by using the service you confirm that they have.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Use one account, and do not present yourself as someone else.
Outmuscle Me is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Statistics, insights, and programs written by a coach are information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
Speak to a doctor before you start training or change how you train, particularly if you have a medical condition or an injury. You train at your own risk.
What coaching involves is agreed between a coach and their client. We provide the tools. We do not employ, vet, certify or supervise coaches, we are not party to what they agree between themselves, and we are not responsible for the training a coach prescribes.
A client joins a coach by opening that coach's invite link. Doing so lets the coach see that client's training data, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Either side can end it at any time — the coach by removing the client, the client by leaving the coach. When it ends, the coach loses access to that client's data, the notes they wrote about that client are deleted, and any programs they had that client running are stopped.
A coach must keep what they learn about a client confidential and use it only to coach them. A coach must not sell, publish, or pass on a client's data.
Coaching is sold as a monthly subscription in three plans, which differ by how many clients you may hold on your roster at once:
A subscription renews every month until you cancel it, and you are charged for each renewal at the price shown when you subscribed. Prices vary by country and are shown in your own currency before you confirm.
Where you cancel depends on where you bought it. A subscription bought inside the iOS app is managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings; one bought inside the Android app, in your Google Play account settings; one bought on the web, from your account here. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep your plan until the period you have already paid for runs out.
Moving to a larger plan takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect when your current month renews, so that you keep the roster you have already paid for until then.
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are theirs to give under their own terms, and we cannot issue them. For purchases made on the web, write to [email protected].
If your subscription lapses, is refunded, or you cancel it, your coaching access ends and your roster is no longer available to you. Your clients keep their own accounts and their own data.
For a subscription bought on the web you have 14 days to change your mind. If you ask us to start straight away, and we do, you can still withdraw within those 14 days and pay only for the part of the month you have used. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by their terms, and any withdrawal or refund is theirs to handle.
Your activities, programs, and notes remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them so that we can run the service for you, and to show them to the people you have chosen to share them with — the coach whose roster you joined, and the users in challenges you have entered.
Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to use.
The service, its software, and the Outmuscle Me name and artwork are ours or our licensors'. You may use the service; you may not copy, resell, sub-license, or republish it.
Do not interfere with the service or try to break it, do not scrape or bulk-extract from it, do not use it to harass anyone, and do not try to reach data that is not yours.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, add, or withdraw features.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Deleting your account ends any subscription you bought from us on the web. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play must also be cancelled there, or it will keep renewing.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Bulgarian law.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or opportunity. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We use cookies on the website to keep you signed in and to make it work. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.
We may change these terms. We will post the changed version on this page, and it applies from the moment it is posted. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, it takes effect at your next renewal.
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and disputes go to the courts of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
